Manika is a certified life coach who is impassioned by helping others shatter limiting beliefs and realize their potential. She began her career as an elementary school teacher and administrator for 10 years before transitioning to sales as a distributor and VP of operations at a successful startup company. Manika’s varied background in education and experience in training, administration, operating systems, sales, recruiting, management and life-coach training has provided the perfect foundation of skills to lead Your True Potential™.
